Before we print a single thing, our team sends you a full-colour digital proof of your panel. This is your chance to review every detail: colours, layout, text, and sizing. If anything is not exactly right, we change it. There is no limit to revisions and no extra charge. We only proceed to production once you are completely happy.

Receive & Illuminate
Once you approve your proof, we begin production. Your panel is UV-printed, assembled, and quality-checked before being carefully packaged and dispatched. It arrives at your door within 14 business days, ready to hang or stand. Mount it in minutes using the included hanging kit and desk stand. Plug it in. Enjoy the glow.

What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI or higher). If you are unsure about your file quality, our team will check it during the proof stage and let you know.
Can I use my business logo?
Absolutely. Business logos are one of our most popular use cases. Upload your logo file and our design tool will place it on the panel. We can also help with colour adjustments to ensure your brand colours reproduce accurately on the illuminated panel.
How long does the whole process take?
From placing your order to receiving your panel is approximately 14 business days. This includes 1 to 2 business days for proof preparation, up to 10 business days for production, and 2 to 4 business days for shipping. We will keep you updated at every stage.
What if I am not happy with the proof?
We revise it. There is no limit to the number of revisions and no extra charge. We do not begin production until you are 100% happy with the proof. If we cannot get it right, we will refund you in full.
How is the panel powered?
Every LitArt panel comes with a 12V DC power adapter with an Australian plug. The cable is thin and discreet. For wall-mounted panels, the cable runs down the wall and can be managed with standard cable clips (not included). The LED system uses very little power and is designed to run continuously.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is something we are actively working on. If you are based outside Australia and would like to enquire, please contact us at hello@litart.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
