We send you a digital proof of your design before production begins. If it's not exactly what you envisioned, we change it. If we can't get it right, we refund you. No questions asked.

Orders & Shipping
How does the ordering process work?

After you place your order, our design team reviews your submission and sends you a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the proof, we begin production. Simple.

How long does production take?

Once you approve your digital proof, production takes approximately 7–10 business days at our production facility.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free across Australia. We use premium couriers and ensure every panel is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we're working on, so stay tuned.

Product & Installation
How thick is the light box?

Our signature panels are just 2cm thick. They sit virtually flush against your wall: no bulk, no visible hardware, just a clean architectural glow.

How do I mount it?

Every panel comes ready to display. Panels up to 30cm can sit on a stand, or any size can be wall mounted or hung using the provided screws. Clean and simple.

How is it powered?

The panel plugs into a standard wall outlet. The power cable exits discreetly from the bottom edge. For a completely seamless look, an electrician can hardwire the panel directly into the wall behind the unit.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of standard sizes from small accent pieces to large statement panels. Custom sizes are also available, so just reach out before ordering.

Design & Customisation
Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely. Upload your own logo, artwork, or photo directly in our design tool. Our team will review the file and ensure it's optimised for illumination before sending your proof.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, use high-resolution files (300dpi or higher) or vector formats (SVG, PDF).

Can I make changes after I see the proof?

Yes, that's the whole point of the proof process. We'll revise your design until you're completely happy with it before we begin production.
