Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LitArt website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Products & Orders

All LitArt panels are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, images, or text included in your design. LitArt accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied designs.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Proof Approval

Production will not commence until you have approved your digital proof. By approving your proof, you confirm that the design is correct and authorise LitArt to proceed with production. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Intellectual Property

All content on the LitArt website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LitArt and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitArt’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
