The LitArt Love It Guarantee

We send a full digital proof of your design before we print a single thing. If it is not exactly what you envisioned, we change it. If we cannot get it right, we refund you in full. No questions asked.

Custom Products

Because every LitArt panel is custom-made to your specific design, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has commenced. This is standard practice for all custom-made products.

However, we will always work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your proof before production begins. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your panel arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your approved proof, we will replace it or refund you in full. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@litart.com.au with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
