The process
Here is how it works.
Approve your proof
We send a full-colour digital proof by email before printing. Review the colours, layout, text, and sizing, with revisions included at no extra charge.
We make it to order
Once the proof is approved, your panel is UV-printed, assembled, quality-checked, and carefully packed for dispatch.
Receive and illuminate
Your sign arrives with tracking, free Australia-wide delivery, and the included hanging kit and desk stand so it is ready to place, plug in, and glow.

- Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, logo files, photos, text, or a short brief. We check file quality before production.
- Proofing
- A free digital proof is supplied before printing, with revisions included until the layout is approved.

- Allow approximately 14 business days from order to delivery, including proof preparation, production, and shipping.
- Set-up
- Panels include a 12V DC power adapter with Australian plug, plus a hanging kit and desk stand.

Slim, clean, bright
What file types can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. High-resolution artwork is best. If you are unsure about file quality, we check it during the proof stage and let you know what is possible.
Can I use my business logo?
Yes. Business logos are one of the most common use cases. Upload your logo file and we can help with scale, layout, and colour adjustments so it works on the illuminated panel.
How long does the whole process take?
From placing your order to receiving your panel is approximately 14 business days. This includes proof preparation, production, quality checking, and shipping. We keep you updated at each stage.
What if I am not happy with the proof?
We revise it before production. Revisions are included at no extra charge, and we do not begin making the panel until the proof is approved.
How is the panel powered?
Every LitArt panel comes with a 12V DC power adapter with an Australian plug. The cable is slim and can be managed with standard cable clips if the panel is wall-mounted.
Do you ship outside Australia?
LitArt currently ships Australia-wide. If you are outside Australia, contact hello@litart.com.au and we will confirm whether we can assist.
