Shipping Policy

Free Delivery Australia-Wide

LitArt offers free standard shipping on all orders to any address in Australia. There is no minimum order value. Shipping is always free.

Production & Delivery Timeframe

Every LitArt panel is custom-made to order. Once you approve your digital proof, your panel enters production. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Production: 7–10 business days from proof approval
• Shipping: 2–4 business days (metro) / 4–7 business days (regional)
• Total: Approximately 14 business days from proof approval to delivery

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. LitArt cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit

If your panel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@litart.com.au with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
